About Me

Mary Elizabeth, known by family and friends as Maidie, is a Texan through and through, with her roots firmly planted in the vibrant city of Houston. Growing up surrounded by art, it’s no surprise that creativity runs deep in her veins; after all, both her mother and grandmother were talented artists themselves.

Having honed her skills at the prestigious High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA) and later at the University of Texas, Maidie’s passion for art has only blossomed over the years. She finds joy in expressing herself through various mediums, from the traditional allure of oil and watercolor for her landscapes and abstract pieces, to the modern intrigue of digital art.
